Description

The Lang LG2E-41100-17 Griddle Temperature Sensor Probe detects heat changes and sends an electrical signal toward the connected control system. Its 20" Wire Lead carries the sensor signal while the sensing element responds to temperature changes at the cooking surface. This assembly is positioned near the griddle plate at the designated monitoring point with the sensing end facing the area being measured. The probe communicates changing conditions to the control circuit allowing heating activity to be adjusted according to the detected temperature.
