The Blodgett 6501 Convection Oven Rocker Light Switch DPST operates the on and off action of the light in a double-pole single-throw design. It also regulates two electrical circuits to maintain better light regulation in the cooking chamber. The switch is mounted on the control panel and is linked to the internal wiring harness so that it can be synchronized to the electrical system of the oven. When used, it provides visibility within the cavity and light control and operation in commercial convection ovens.
