The Bunn 29329.1000 Coffee Brewer High Limit Thermostat Kit regulates the heat flow by detecting the temperature of the warmer surface and closing the circuit should the temperature exceed a specified limit. It will automatically reset when the temperatures are back to an acceptable range and the heating element will start working again and keep the levels of warming constant. This kit is mounted to the warmer assembly and is placed close to the heating element and it is connected to the internal wiring of the unit. It assists in maintaining a stable warmer output and a correct temperature regulation.
