The Lincoln LIN369418 Oven Heating Element transforms electrical energy into heat by conducting current through its internal resistance producing a constant amount of thermal output when it is in operation. This heat is passed to the surrounding air or cooking chamber to enable temperature-controlled cooking cycles. The element is installed in the commercial ovens and normally fitted in the heating assembly to fit the airflow directions. It is rated at 5600 watts and 208 volts, and is intended to be used in high-capacity foodservice equipment.
