The Lincoln LIN369418 Oven Heating Element transforms electrical energy into heat by conducting current through its internal resistance producing a constant amount of thermal output when it is in operation. This heat is passed to the surrounding air or cooking chamber to enable temperature-controlled cooking cycles. The element is installed in the commercial ovens and normally fitted in the heating assembly to fit the airflow directions.
