Description

The Lincoln 1342 Outfeed Shelf is a support part designed for compatible conveyor ovens. It is based on the concept of providing a stable surface to receive food products after passing through the cooking chamber at the exit of the oven. The shelf is designed to fit into the outfeed end of the oven and is aligned with the conveyor path. It is part of the product handling system, which is directing cooked items off the conveyor. The shelf also has a designated space for moving food to trays, pans, and stations.
