Description

The Moffat M015115 Ignition Electrode Kit activates the ignition process in which the spark is generated to ignite the gas burner in the system. When the control circuit switches it on, it is positioned near the burner assembly to give a continuous output of sparks. It is fitted in the combustion section where it is connected to the ignition lead and mounting bracket to ensure a secure fit. It is an essential ignition part assisting in creating controlled flames and maintaining the constant heating process of commercial cooking equipment.
