The Bakers Pride M1265X Oven Thermopile with Armored Cable 72" produces a low voltage in reaction to the heat of the pilot flame, which the gas control system permits the burning action. The thermopile is connected to the control module, which protects the thermopile against heat and mechanical damage. The unit can be mounted on commercial ovens or ranges that have the sensing end mounted in the pilot flame. It is designed to fit with the burner safety and control system and is designed to be used with gas-powered cooking equipment.
