The Merrychef PSA1192 Grease Filter captures airborne grease particles in the hot air flowing through a mesh or filter medium onto which the contaminants are trapped. It operates by letting air move through its surface and capturing and trapping grease, so that it does not accumulate on internal parts and ductwork.
