Description

The Merrychef PSA1192 Grease Filter captures airborne grease particles in the hot air flowing through a mesh or filter medium onto which the contaminants are trapped. It operates by letting air move through its surface and capturing and trapping grease, so that it does not accumulate on internal parts and ductwork. This filter is fitted in the ventilation or exhaust path of the oven and is placed at the point where the airflow of the cooking cavity flows out of the hood or recirculation. It is installed in the specific filter slot or frame.
