The Middleby Marshall 74106 Electric Oven Gear Motor works by giving the rotator or conveyor system of the oven controlled rotational movement. It operates by means of a gear reduction mechanism which controls speed and torque to push attached shafts or rollers. The motor is fitted in compatible GTR2 ovens, which are usually fitted behind the cooking chamber and attached to the rotator mechanism. It maintains the rotation, synchronization with the heating elements and the operation in the case of continuous cooking or baking.
