The Magikitch'N MK3501-1032301 Burner Valve Pointer Knob 2-1/2 inch DIA Mounting.240 inch turns the control shaft to adjust the burner valve setting by moving the internal mechanism as it turns. The pointer moves with the control marked scale to indicate the position chosen as the knob is turned with the mount connecting with the valve shaft. It is attached to the front panel of any compatible cooking equipment where the control shaft sticks out, and in such a way that the pointer is used to offer a visual guide to making adjustments. The diameter provides a manual handling surface and easy indication.
