Description

The Blodgett R4623 Convection Oven Mode Switch 1-24 operates by making or breaking certain electrical circuits to control different operational cycles. This element is a mechanical switch between various internal settings, including cool down, cook or off, by switching power to the blower motor and heating elements, as required. This is usually mounted behind the front control panel, and it is directly connected to the external selector knob. This interface is vital to make sure that the appliance follows the desired heating pattern depending on the dial position chosen.
