Description

The Montague MON19692-4 Cast Iron Top Grate is used in charbroilers to provide a long-lasting grilling surface. It has a length of 24-1/4 inches, width of 5-7/8 inches, five crossbars and six ribs for even heat distribution. This grate is designed to fit the Ultra Flow model only. The ribbed surface helps to drain away the grease to minimize flare-ups and for uniform cooking to be achieved. The cast iron construction helps in retaining heat and this makes it easy to have the grill marks on the foods that are being grilled.
