Description

Middleby Marshall 27381-0054 Motor is compatible with PS360Q series gas ovens to enhance the performance. It works at 208/230V power, 1/4 HP, 1PH, and 2.5A with 1140 RPM to provide a steady flow of air for even cooking. The motor has a shaft of 6” x 5/8” and comes with a frame of J56Z and it is easy to install since it has a mounting plate of 3” x 5”. Designed specifically for gas oven units, this motor increases cooking productivity, decreases time losses, and improves food quality, making it an essential part for intensive use kitchens.
