The Lang LG2U-30200-12 Convection Motor is used in ovens and is built to withstand the demands of the foodservice industry. It has a 4” x 1/2” shaft and a mounting plate of 5-3/4” x 3-1/2”. This motor is compatible with different Lang and Star oven models and is suitable for use with blower wheels such as Lang Blower Wheel #26-3467 (8-1/2” dia) and others. It runs at 1/3 HP, 115/230 V, and 1725 RPM and improves the efficiency of the oven by maintaining uniform air circulation, which results in even cooking and baking, hence improving the quality of foods prepared and the efficiency of the oven.
