The Henny Penny 67583 Filter Pump Motor 1/2HP operates the filtration system by pumping oil through the pump in the fryer. It works by transforming electrical energy to mechanical movement and rotating the pump impeller to pump oil through the filter and back into the fryer. This motor is installed in the filtration compartment of the fryer and it is directly connected to the pump assembly and the electrical supply, which is a part of the oil circulation and cleaning system.
