The Middleby Marshall 66186 Oven Gear Motor Kit is a component-driven conveyor part for commercial systems. This 90 VDC assembly is rated at 53W and operates at 12.6 RPM which assists to move the conveyor within the appliance chamber for controlled cooking times and even product flow. The kit comes with both 1/2", and 5/8" shafts to fit certain conveyor drive arrangements. It is a part of the appliance internal drive equipment and is normally used in restaurants, kitchens, and food production facilities where conveyor appliance cook.
