The Montague 57528-3 Oven Blower Motor Kit works on the concept of operating the fan of the blower to move warm air in the cooking cavity. It operates on a 3/4 HP motor that runs a 5/8" shaft that drives the fan to provide a steady flow of air and even heat distribution. The kit is fitted to compatible ovens, which are usually fitted behind, the cooking cavity and increased with the blower assembly. It assists in standardized cooking, temperature regulation and coordination with the heating system and thermostats when baking or roasting.
