The Garland 1615001 Oven Motor is a dual-voltage, multi-speed part that is installed in a commercial appliance to run the blower system that circulates the heat. With a 1725/1425 RPM and able to run on 100-115V or 200-230V power at 50/60 Hz, it allows the air to circulate freely in the cooking chamber. It is fitted in the mechanical assembly of the oven, and operates in conjunction with the heating system to keep the temperatures constant. The motor is present in the appliance to maintain a stable cooking performance and a stable working condition in the case of continuous use.
