Description

The Multiplex 212843 Agitator Motor with Blade is an alternative component of a commercial beverage dispensing and refrigeration system. This unit is an electric motor with a blade attached on it to circulate the item within the machine to ensure a consistent temperature and texture in use in frozen drink dispensers and beverage mills. It is installed in the mixing compartment to maintain the flow of ingredients to avoid separation and to ensure that the ingredients cool completely during the cycle. This assembly is used when the initial motor or blade is worn out to restore the mixing and holding capacity of the machine.
