Description

The Bakers Pride N4-A3079K Flame Diverter redirects the heat and combustion gases in a compatible pizza oven burner section. It is placed above or around the burner area to direct the path of the flame to the desired part of the cooking chamber and to effectively keep the flame separated from other parts of the cooking chamber. The diverter is 17" long, 35" wide, and 1/4" tall. Its shape is formed to fit into the burner compartment provided and will fit into the oven's combustion system. When the burner is operating, it affects the direction of the rising flame and hot gases in the chamber.
