Description

The Nieco NC17126 Temperature Controller is a part that is used to measure and control the amount of heat by using the input of a sensor attached to it and controls power flow to keep the required temperature. It has a computerized interface, which enables the simple programming of temperature limits and working modes, maintaining the same control throughout the cooking or heating process. The controller is made to be fitted in the control panel of the commercial cooking equipment and is easily integrated with the existing electrical system.
