Description

The Nieco NC8421 Infrared Burner W/Inconel Shield 5 is a substitute heating element that is intended to be used in other compatible commercial cooking equipment. It is a 1/8" X 24" model that has an Inconel shield that evenly disperses heat, and shields the burner element. It is fitted into the lower part of the appliance and is connected either to the gas or electrical system as necessary. In the appliance, it is the main heat-generating element that ensures the uniformity of cooking temperatures and operation under typical commercial cooking cycles.
