Nemco NEMN55550-6 Easy Wedger 6 Section

The Nemco NEMN55550-6 Easy Wedger 6 Section transforms whole fruits and vegetables into six evenly sized wedges by pushing them through a stationary blade set with a single lever action. The integrated pusher advances the food smoothly across the cutting blades, producing uniform sections during each cutting cycle. Installed on a countertop in food preparation areas the unit is placed where fresh ingredients are portioned before cooking, garnishing, or serving. It is commonly used for apples, potatoes, tomatoes, citrus fruits, and similar produce, working as part of routine commercial kitchen preparation operations.
