Turbochef NGC3007 Oven Blower Fan Blade Service Kit

The Turbochef NGC3007 Oven Blower Fan Blade Service Kit creates directed airflow through the cooking chamber as the rotating assembly turns. Curved vanes capture surrounding air and propel it through the internal circulation route, moving heated air across the enclosed space. A central hub connects the rotating section with the drive shaft, transferring rotary movement into the vanes. The blade arrangement maintains an even radial pattern around the center, keeping airflow directed along the intended path. The continuous rotation circulates heated air through the chamber during cooking processes.
