Nieco 20769 Sludge Grease Tray 15" Frame JF62

The Nieco 20769 Sludge Grease Tray is a collection part for compatible JF62 broiler equipment having a 15-inch frame. During operation, grease, sludge, and cooking residue are drained from the broiling area and received in the tray. It's placed under the specified grease collection area so that the grease residue can be collected in the tray rather than inside other parts of the appliance. The tray facilitates the equipment's grease management process by allowing for the easy removal of collected grease. Maintaining the collection area clear will support maintaining the desired drainage pattern and will facilitate regular cleaning of the collection area during the operation of commercial broiler equipment.
