Description

The Cleveland FA05002-12 Kettle O-Ring is a circular-shaped sealing component, which is designed to limit the leakage between assembled components of commercial cooking equipment. It works by clamping between mating surfaces by insertion into a given groove and compressing in a given groove as the assembly is tightened forming a sealed interface that restricts the flow of fluids or steam. It is fitted in the machined groove where two parts are joined so that flow paths are not interrupted when the appliance is in operation.
