The Hoshizaki 7611-G035 O-Ring is a seal between two mating surfaces that is placed in a groove and squeezed when the components are assembled to limit the flow of fluids or air at the joint. Under pressure, the ring bends to the groove and the surfaces around the groove to assist in keeping the seal between parts intact. It is the specific gland of compatible ice machines or refrigeration equipment, where there is a need in watertight or airtight seal between components.
