The Pitco PP10409 Fryer O-Ring 0.688" ID X 0.875" OD is used to seal the mating surfaces with a tight fit, to hold oil, and to avoid leakage. The ring is a flexible strand that is subjected to pressure and temperature variations to sustain constant contact when the components are in motion and expanding. It is fitted along the sealing groove of the fryer at fittings or connections where the oil lines are connected. It is made to fit special inner and outer diameters, and is used to fit special fryer assemblies and assist in proper alignment of joined components.
