This door-interlock micro leaf switch is used in commercial cooking and warewashing equipment to control electrical operation based on door movement. Rated for 20A and compatible with 125–250V and 480V circuits, the switch is designed for use in a variety of heavy-duty kitchen equipment control systems. Its spring-loaded contact construction provides quick switching response during door opening and closing, helping support proper circuit control and equipment safety operation. Commonly used in convection ovens, fryers, braising pans, and commercial dishwashing equipment, the switch helps prevent equipment operation when the door is open during normal foodservice use. When the original switch becomes loose, worn, or fails to operate correctly, replacing it helps restore proper door interlock function and reliable equipment operation during daily kitchen cycles.

\n

Equipment Compatibility:
Door interlock control applications for Saniserv micro leaf switches include convection ovens, commercial fryers, braising pans, and warewashing systems used in foodservice and institutional kitchens. This Micro Leaf Switch 70008 is compatible with commercial equipment from leading brands such as Saniserv, American Range, Hobart, Imperial, US Range, Vulcan, and more, where door-activated electrical switching is required for reliable equipment operation.

\n

Brand Compatibility:
Compatible as a replacement for original manufacturer part references used in commercial equipment interlock systems. Refer to the cross-reference section for complete details.
