The Garland M8-38 Griddle Burner Orifice Natural Gas #38 regulates the flow of gas to a burner by opening a hole of the correct size that limits the fuel prior to entering the combustion zone and assists in determining the correct size of the flame and the combustion features needed in that application. The gas is directed through the calibrated hole in the orifice that regulates the volume of gas pressure to reach proper combustion. It is fitted in the gas train at the burner or hood assembly of compatible cooking equipment.
