Description

The Frymaster 8261353 Burner Orifice 51 is a gas flow component applied in the regulation of the delivery of fuel to commercial fryer burners. It works by limiting the flow of gas to maintain the same amount of fuel flowing to the burner to ensure a steady combustion. This vent is installed in the burner inlet or manifold of the fryer, so that it is centered on the gas supply line and burner ports, to provide the proper output of flame and the uniform cooking operation.
