The American Range A29023 Fryer Burner Orifice 1/4″ MPT × 2‑1/8″ meters the flow of gas by providing a precisely sized opening through which fuel passes before reaching the fryer’s burner. The small opening controls the quantity of gas that passes to the burner to be burnt as the gas passes out of the supply line into the orifice. It is installed in the burner assembly of equipment that is compatible and is installed between the gas line and the burner head. Connection and length are unit requirements that are unique to the operation of the flame and heat production.
