The Pitco P6071331 Gas Fryer Pilot Orifice W/Counter Bored Flat regulates the amount of natural gas flowing by metering the flow of fuel through a calibrated opening. When it is flowing through, it is controlled to maintain a steady ignition and flame stability throughout operation. It is mounted in the assembly between the supply line and the burner. The counterbored flat design facilitates correct seating, whereas the 1/4" CCT connection enables installation. This is an element applied in commercial systems.
