The Cadco OV5 T150 Thermostat Bulb 1/8" X 9" Cap 36" 177" D Stem 295°C is a temperature control system for use in compatible commercial equipment. It has a 1/8" x 9" sensing bulb and D-style stem connection and will monitor internal temperatures and control heating operations to maintain selected temperatures. It is installed in the appliance control system to maintain stable cooking or warming conditions when the appliance is operating.
