The Pitco P6072404 Fryer Crumb Screen is a part used to trap food particles and debris as the oil circulates to keep frying oil cleaner. It is positioned flat on the top of the pan vat where the bits can settle and the frying goes on. This 23" x 23" screen will fit in any standard commercial skillet and is placed directly into the oil surface so that it is easy to collect and remove pieces during normal frying activities.
