Description

The Market Forge 97-6157 Tilting Skillet Natural Gas Pilot Assembly uses a calibrated gas-air combination at the pilot orifice to create a controlled flame for burner ignition. When the system controls open fuel flow during cooking operation sequences in tilting skillet equipment, it keeps an ignition point steady so that the main gas burner can be activated. It is to be placed in all commercial tilting skillets on which the pilot assembly moves inside the burner compartment near the zone where the ignitions of gas heating systems are located for combustion start-up within the base assemblies of skillets.
