The Garland 2200701 Pilot Burner L/H 0145.007 works by supplying a constant pilot flame, which lights up the main burners of a commercial range. It works by injecting gas through a regulated orifice and keeping the flame steady so that when the main burners are turned on, a steady ignition is ensured. This element is located on the left-hand side of the range, which is directly connected to the gas supply and is parallel to the burner assembly.
