The Frymaster 8100427 Thermocouple is an integral component to provide the safety and productivity of commercial frying operations. This 48" coaxial thermocouple has 11/32"-32 threads and operates at 20-30 MV for LP pilots to provide precise temperature control. Its unique 180 degree flame pattern channels its heat and cooking performance to the optimum locations. This thermocouple is constructed with a 1/4" tube size and is compatible with Frymaster fryer models GF14, GF40, J1C, MJCFE, and various models with Computer Magic such as MJ15, MJ35, MJ45E, and MJ235. It is also suitable for heavy duty Garland fryers 70-40/50 and 35-40/50.
