Description

The Pitco 60128802 Pilot Burner Natural/Liquid Propane is a constant flame part that is used to start the main burner when using a fryer. It operates by forcing either natural gas or liquid propane through a small opening and the fuel is ignited to form a steady pilot flame that burns until the appliance is switched off. This pilot burner is placed close to the main burner assembly, attached to the gas supply line and placed to ensure that there is an ignition standby in the fryer system.
