The Middleby Marshall 42810-0117 Natural Gas Pilot Igniter Assembly is an essential oven part for different models such as PS200-R68 and PS310. This assembly has a 1/4” tube and comes with an igniter and bracket for easy ignition of the main burner. Operating on the principles that natural gas is allowed to flow through the orifice where it is burnt by a pilot flame so as to provide for heating. Advantages are as follows; it has an automatic shut off of gas in case the pilot flame is put off, and it can be used in cooking applications making it suitable for restaurants and food preparation facilities.
