Description

The Henny Penny 140123 Fryer Pilot Kit is required for managing the system ignition process by providing a steady unit flame for burner operation. It includes essential parts to ensure proper auxiliary light operation and gas flow in liquid propane systems, both during startup and the cooking cycle. This kit should be installed within the gas and burner assembly of the system, where the pilot mechanism interfaces with the ignition and heating elements. It finds wide application in commercial frying equipment that operates on LP gas; therefore, it requires a compatible pilot setup for temperature regulation and burner activation.
