Description

The Henny Penny 140095 Fryer Natural Gas Pilot Kit includes the parts required for establishing ignition at the burner inlet. The assembly introduces a controlled flame source near the burner, allowing incoming fuel to ignite when the ignition sequence begins. Fittings and connection equipment establish the required pathway between the supply line and ignition section, while the flame-sensing arrangement transmits the ignition state to the control circuit. The retrofit arrangement integrates with the existing heating section, coordinating ignition and flame detection before the burner proceeds through its heating sequence.
