The Rankin Delux TB-09 Char Broiler Pilot Tube works by pushing the gas in the supply line to the burner. The gas is forced into the tube in an even manner to ignite. This is an element mounted between the pilot assembly and the gas valve on the char broiler. It has a form that is designed to follow the correct routing paths. The pilot tube aids in maintaining the delivery of the pilot flame when the equipment is used in a commercial manner.
