Description

The Pitco 0A5077706C Splash Guard Side Accessories 12" is a physical interceptor that traps high-velocity oil droplets before they can leave the perimeter. This panel diverts the thermal runoff back into the vat, ensuring a clean work area and ensuring that the heating components of other equipment are not exposed to oil. This shield is placed directly on the side rim of the frypot, and it goes upwards to prevent the lateral spray when the frozen or high-moisture parts are immersed. The liquid can be drained back into the oil reservoir through the smooth metallic surface.
