Description

The Pitco 50006606 Fryer Heating Element Parallel Fixed 208/220V 9.8/11kW works by transforming electrical energy into thermal energy using internal resistive wiring to heat the cooking oil in the setting. After being triggered, the immersion-style element moves the heat directly to the liquid medium to sustain certain culinary temperatures. This equipment is placed in the tank, but it is mounted to the inner bulkhead so that it maintains contact with the oil at all times.
