Description

The Pitco 50007806 Fryer Flat Bar Element converts electrical energy into heat when current flows through its resistance coil and the resulting thermal output is produced which warms the surrounding oil. It uses a 208V supply of 8.5kW of power to produce enough heat to facilitate frying cycles by introducing power to the cooking medium. The flat bar design enables the uniform distribution of heat on the fry pot surface and is consistent with the tank layout.
