Description

The Pitco 60126001 3-PDT Relay W/Mounting Tab is a part that makes and disconnects electrical circuits in fryer control units that have the corresponding system using a coil with low voltage to mechanically open and close various contact sets while in operation. It works on a 24-volt AC signal and can switch three double-throw contacts to manage different operations in the fryer, for example, heating or security interlocks. It has been designed to take in signals from a control board and will therefore reroute electrical flow as part of the operation sequence.
