Pitco 60138902 Gas Griddle Burner 1.25" DIA Reduced Port MKG

The Pitco 60138902 Burner is a 1.25-inch diameter reduced-port burner designed for compatible MKG gas griddles. Its burner passage directs supplied gas toward the combustion area where the fuel mixes with air and produces the flame required for heating. The burner is installed beneath the griddle plate within the designated burner assembly and connects to the gas supply through the associated manifold and fittings. During operation gas enters the burner and exits through the reduced ports where ignition produces the heat pattern beneath the cooking surface. The burner works with the gas control and ignition system during the heating cycle.
