Description

The Pitco 60143523 8GPM 208-240V Filter Pump/Motor Assembly circulates the frying oil by forcing the liquid through a filtration media to eliminate sediment. This unit has a 1/3 HP motor that drives the internal motor to keep the flow rate at 8 gallons per minute throughout the cleaning cycle. This is placed in the filtration cabinet under the fry tanks directly linked to the fuel return lines and electric power supply. This is an element in that the physical motion of hot grease is controlled within the designated voltage range of 208-240V of industrial kitchen hardware.
